What Great Treatment!
We had an unfortunate business dealing with another home improvement company before contacting Champion.
My husband scheduled an appointment with Justin, with the help of Jody, for an estimate on replacing our windows. We had to think about it because we had just lost a $3,000 down payment to another company which never intended to replace the windows.
Justin came to our home, was very informative, helpful, considerate and thorough. We made our decision.
A few weeks later Ed and EJ arrived at 8:00a.m. and finished by 2:00p.m. They were pleasant and worked continually until the job was done. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris.
We are very pleased with out new windows and the consideration and professionalism we experienced.
